Dua Lipa is an English singer/songwriter who was born in London United Kingdom on August 22nd 1995. The singer-songwriter signed with Warner Bros Records in 2014 after working as a model. She dropped her debut album, self-titled in 2017. The album reached the top spot at No. 3 on the U.K. Charts. The album had eight songs released such as Be the 1 I.D.G.A.F. as well as New Rules. In the United States it peaked as number 6. Lipa's album, which is now been certified Platinum in various nations around the globe, won her two Brit Awards (in 2018) for British Female Single Artist, and British Breakthrough Artist. Dua Lipa was born in London by Kosovo Albanian parents Anesa rexha (mother) and Dukagjin lilipa (father). She is of Bosnian origin via her maternal grandmother.
